9/27/12 I had a hard time figuring out the pattern at first, then I found the step by step instructions with photos. It made a lot more sense then, and now I’m moving through pretty quickly.

10/24/12 Kay told me about lifelines! Just in time. I had to frog about 15 rows (should have moved the lifeline up). Things are going well now:)

11/3/12 finished binding off today:) I ran out of the Ella Rae just four rows from the end! So I picked up some shibui merino in wasabi to finish off the edge. I was a bit worried about having a different color edge, but it looks beautiful. I just need to block it now:)
