used the size 6 for the bottom, the 101/2 for the open work and the size 7 for the top band and handle.

added some rows on the top band and handle to make a little stronger

worked 10 rows for the band

on row 10 last purl row added markers after 9 stitches, 32 stitches, 18 stitches and 32 stitches.

when I got end of the row I cut the yarn leaving a tail to work in. I then slipped back 9 stitches to the last marker.

turn and k1 ssk knit to end of row (you are now working half the stitches repeat until 12 stitches remain. Knit back and forth on the 12 stitches until the desired length. Put these stitches on a holder.

repeat on the remaining 31 stitches starting with a wrong side row. when you reach 12 stitches do two more rows and do a three needle bind off to join work. Finish ends.
