I did 50 rows of garter, instead of 62, mostly because I got tired, and Iʻm kind of lazy.

I made my casing slightly longer than what the pattern instructed

picked up 52 stitches to do the final section with the buttonholes, used this method:

going with six stitch button holes, and 6 3-cm buttons
(note to self- count the buttons BEFORE making button holes, not after) Okay, so I had five buttons, and made six button holes, so thereʻs a random, not quite matched button at the very top. I still like it.
