Making this for a co-worker of my husband. The dad wants a Green Bay Packers blanket. My husband helped me pick the pattern to use. I don´t even know the poor child who will have to be seen with these colors. It was hard to find the right colors in a sport weight yarn.

Gauge: The blanket using this yarn is going to work up smaller. It was looking too loose. I am getting 3 inches for the sides (4 blocks) and 4.5 inches across for my triangle.

Turns out I got mixed up when I ordered the yarn for this. I went by yardage and figured I needed 11 of the main color (yellow) and 9 of the contrasting color (green). I ordered 11 balls of the green and 9 of the yellow. I hope I have enough of the yellow to finish. It is going quickly and I have tons of green.

Turns out I had a lot left over. The amount of yarn the patter calls for is quite a bit more than needed.

Also, the green yarn bleeds heavily. I changed the water frequently when soaking and it never did stay clear.
