December 19, 2016: Beware the size vs. actual dimensions! I cast-on the 42” and neglected to realize that it would be 46” (46!!). If you look at the fit on the model, it is fitted, not BAGGY -- I didn’t even imagine it would be so off.

So, 7 inches ripped and now doing a 38” XS -- which is actually 41”. I would never call my husband an XS, it’s positively ridiculous…

I used US 7 for the ribbing not US 6. I don’t like creating a paunch… though since my husband is now an XS, that would be quite a feat. ;)
