I was going to use yarn I had on hand, but I changed my mind. I used up the rest of my Christmas Gift Card plus some spare change and bought two skeins. I am hoping it’s enough.

I am not thrilled with the way the chart printed. It’s awful. I had to copy and paste it into word so I could see it and then make notations to define the cables. Guess I can’t complain much for a free pattern.

I am knitting the size 2T due to my gauge being off by a smidgen. By his chest measurment I ought to be doing 2T anyway, it just won’t have much growing room.

I am ripping back twenty or so rows, I read the pattern wrong. Thankfully other ravers have done it right so I could scope out their patterns.
