4/16 -- Little Alexander Stephen Weaver arrived a whopping two months early on 4/14/2013! He’s healthy and resting in the NICU, which they tell us is standard for preemies. It’s been an intense and exhausting 48 hours, but I’ve had plenty of time sitting around the hospital to work on the blanket. Deadline has officially been moved up :)

2/21 -- As the baby’s last name will be Weaver, I’m thinking this blanket will include some form of basket weave stitching.
