& another story right out of my recycling department:
The tricky mission I edeavored here was how to repurpose an old itching but passionately knitted aquarium-garment-winter-version sweater, I never came around to wear, because I had chosen once again an absolutely unbearable torture material right out of my mom´s inherited hell´s angels yarn boxes & even with several layers to protect my sensitive skin this early elaborate example of my fantastic legendary knitting skills was doing no good at all.

So I had to get me fixed up with Edward Scissorhands, he chopped the front in 2 pieces right away and inspired me to enhance the whole thing with yarn rests from the originally used material (30 years ago !!), - I just keep everything perfectly organized in order to enable myself to continue & remodel decades later, it´s boring to finish only once, everything in our universe evolves, why not my glorious knits? But, just in case you are interested, the darn thing is still resting in heavenly peace in my bursting museum for unbearable unwearables, itching post war material doesn´t feel any better if you prescribe a little face-lifting, but it was fun to try & a tremendous impulse for many sequels to follow. The joy of the action counts more than the result it shows & even if I still can´t wear this vintage ex-sweater it looks satisfyingly pretty…..

…..and you bet, this is a tribute to the magnificent Tim Burton whose outstanding talent and originality have kept him at the top of the Hollywood tree for such a long time.
Edward Scissorhands (1990), a box-office hit, saw him at the peak of his creative powers and established a fruitful working relationship with actor Johnny Depp. I just adore him for his untamed inpired & inspiring high-potential-super-madness & adventurousness he showed off in all of his movies thus far. He is a true hero of creative power, sublime humor & amazing imagination!
