Just an additional information for all vintage yarn lovers among you: the uni coloured sections are again right out of my mothers inherited yarn boxes, approximately post war qualities, early fifties I suppose, in the typical no coulour scheme of those days & pretty itching too. I remember the minor quality of “bad yarn knitting wear” my mom stuck me & my 5 brothers into as a kid, quite painful & a horrible souvenir of poor childhood days, but these impressions couldn´t keep me from honoring this ancient material & putting it in a spectacular context.
