Ok, let’s see if I can explain this… I added the owls by using the owl cable from the Milo vest pattern since it was knit from the top down,
I placed the markers for the cables on the two sides. This caused one of the cable patterns to be cut in half (with the begining of round marker in the middle of the cable pattern). That made it a bit trickier but still easy enough. Let me know if you have any questions :)

After knitting up the super cute owl hat I decided I need to make some matching longies with the owl cable pattern down the legs. If this works notes will follow :)
