Using smaller needles than the pattern as my tension was different to the designers.
I’m adding a small stripe of white across the middle and will edge the sleeves with a narrow strip of fuschia pink to jazz up the purple.

I’ve chosen to make this with cotton instead of wool so it’ll be light for the summer. I’m not used to handling cotton and miss the stretch you get knitting with other yarns.

I’m adding an extra 8 rows before starting the waist shaping decreases and increasing the stitches on the sleeves to have a teeny bit more give under the arms.
