11 Jun 2013: Casting on late into the KAL but hoping to make good progress and probably even finish it before the 15th June.

Using only one colour so I am knitting the CC as reversed stockinette, seems to be working okay so let’s see how it goes.

7 Jul 2013: This has been mostly my train knitting so it’s slow. But I finally started the edging this morning. Didn’t add increases to the body but decided if I have enough yarn left I would add an extra edging repeat.

9 July 2013: Two edge repeats done.

10 Jul 2013: Done. Used all but two yards of the yarn. Binding off was stressful! But happy with the shawl.
