I almost got frustrated enough with this sweater to give up on it.

To get somewhere near the listed gauge, I had to go down to a size 3 needle and then keep measuring.

I got the front done and nearly 3” up the sleeves before running out of the first ball of yarn. There’s no way I need the six skeins I calculated.

I think that the dimensions provided will be a good guideline, but I’m afraid I’ll have to finish the entire front half to see how it relaxes off the needles.
