I knit this lovely pattern up in 2 days for my mom for Valentine’s Day. I used just under 1 and 1/2 balls of yarn. Since I was using organic cotton with a slightly different gauge, I changed the needle size to a US 5. My mom loved it so much that she didn’t even give me a chance to wrap it up before she claimed it. As soon as the ends were weaved it she put it on and wouldn’t take it off! I highly suggest the organic cotton by Debbie Bliss for this project - it is soft and luxurious and environmentally responsible!
