Cast on at 8PM (with NCIS). I got the CO done & 2 rows before slumber took over.

Modification - I used a cable cast on as the linen didn’t take to the backwards loop cast on. The linen needed a bit more structure.

Adding the 2nd color! Ya!!! I’m loving how easy this pattern is to follow. Even when today’s not been a great “brain” day due to the wildfire & black out smoke, I was able to still knit and just follow the stitches.

I played yarn chicken with MC & lost.

ETA: I played yarn chicken with CC & lost.

Solution, the shawl’s a great size, so I just dropped the extra stitches from the cast on and wove in lots of extra ends.

Finished weaving in ends after church. This puppy is DONE!!!! I LOVED the pattern & LOVED the yarn. I hope my sister does as well!

It’s in the blocking table queue, which means it has to wait until my work knitting is done drying before it gets blocked all nice and pretty.
