This was a test knit for this design. The drape of this yarn is lovely for this and this cute hat will be a go to for many gifts, I can tell you that. The simple lace texture adds so much interest and the straight forward design is perfect for TV-watching or beach-going. Perfect for partial skeins that you have left-over and easily adjusted for semi-slouchy, slouchy or super-slouchy style, this would be a great pattern for a beginner who wants to try their hand at simple lace or for the advanced knitter who wants a stylish yet quick project.
