This was titled “Because I love Jodi’s so much” but she told me that I need to change it…so there. Sarahstevens knit Jodi (clive4ever) this hat and I tried it on and LOVED it…so now I had to make one for me :)

Edits: Worsted weight yarn. Cast on to a size 5 needle then moved up to a size 6 for the first increase row. Plan to knit the first lace section and see if the fabric is flexible enough. If not, will move up to a size 7 needle for the lace sections :)

I did one less repeat of the cat paw lace and on the crown decreases, I skipped did the Row 24 decreases on Row 20, then the Row 26 decreases on Row 24 and the Row 28 decreases on Row 26…then I did the finishing…

With the worsted weight yarn it’s a bit heavy, but I like it and think it will be warm come cold winter days. .. :)
