In my stashed yarn I found a huge cone of beige 8-ply cotton. And by chance I came across Michelle Gibbs’ crochet folded potholder. A wonderful waiting room project!

The potholder turned out to be so pretty and richly noble looking that I added some embroidery, a golden path ….
