This crochet scarf from the Rowan Winter Kids book caught my eye, and I just had to give it a go…..

I ended up with 7 shades instead of 6 as per the pattern….so I’ve got 42 motifs…..so it will be a bit bigger than the original, which was designed for a child, so I think I’ll be ok right LOL!!!

January 20 - All of the centre motifs are done, the ends are finished, and I’m doing the two rounds that join them all together.

I have to say it is looking great!

Feb 1 - finished - washed in Eucalan and I’ve pinned it out to block!
