A dramatic end result and an interesting knitting process to get there. I really enjoyed knitting this shawl as a test knit for maylin and I am going ot enjoy wearing it for roller derby.

The colours of pink, black and white are the ones that I am allowed to wear as a roller derby non-skating official. A lot of our venues are cold and this very-wrappable shape will be perfect.

I really like the way I this is worked in two weights - the chunkiness of the spines is so effective next to the drapey, light-weight webs. And that long tail for warmth - very good.
