Für das Hygge Tuch eine Maschenprobe und ein bisschen Übungs-Kreuzstich darauf - tja, und dann kam die Fantasie :)!

Meine Koboldine hat ja kein Problem mit neuen Kleidungsstücken, und so habe ich die Häkelprobe mit zusätzlich bestelltem Garn wesentlich größer gemacht, als das laut dem Dokument auf der Scheepjes Homepage und in der Internationalen Facebook-Gruppe von Scheepjes gemacht werden soll.

Ich wollte wissen, wie das Teil mit 4,5 mm Häkelnadel und Original-Mapro fällt - für ein Tuch ist mir etwas zu steif, also werde ich morgen noch ein Pröbchen häkeln, mit dickerer Nadel.

Kreuzstich auf Gehäkeltem - das geht prima - und meine doch recht verrösteten Häkel- und Stickkenntnisse kamen auch langsam aber sicher wieder.

The task was to swatch the Stone washed and try out making cross-stitch on crocheted fabric - and then my phantasy began to work :)!

My Kobold girl never says no to a new garment, so I ordered some more Stone washed and made the swatch much larger than the “Tipps and Tricks” document of the Scheepjes CAL asked for.

I wanted to know how the yarn drapes, crocheted with a 4.5 mm crochet hook and having the original gauge. The gauge fit perfectly, but to my opinion the fabric is a bit stiff for a shawl, even before x-stitching. So I’ll make a small swatch tomorrow with a larger hook.

Cross-stitch on crocheted fabric - this works fine!
And my crochet and x-stitch knowledge that was quite rusted slowly came to life nagain.
