CO 20 sts total w/figure-of-8 cast on. Knit 1 round even, then increase with raised bar (non-symmetrical) increase after 1st/before last stitch on needle to 72 sts.

Knit even to 77 rnds. Work heel flap over first half of round. Work 21 rows back & forth, start band (8 sts between decreases). 3 sets of decreases in flap, work band. pick up & knit 13 sts on each side of flap (no gusset)
