The jacket turned out very well! I followed Sidsel`s instructions exactly. I was a bit worried about the crochet button band, but it looks very nice. To fit me, the jacket is a bit shorter than the pattern suggested. I used only 7 buttons instead of 9. I love the subtleties of the colors! I have lots of yarn left over, except for the light blue. When I realized, I was a bit short, I used the light grey on the neck facing instead of the blue. It worked out perfectly. I have decided, not to apply sequins and beads to the knit.
