Cute pattern! I saw these on display up at Halcyon Yarns in August 2014 and copied the color scheme with yarns I had at home. My fingers are long so I added extra length; they’re also a little snug so next time I’ll increase a few stitches after the stranded bit.

The picot hem is difficult to do in the round, so with the second mitten, I didn’t join my knitting until I had knit the picot edging; then I joined and sewed up the seam invisibly later. Much easier!
