2/14/2013 I’m doing a simplified version of the Aidan’s Hat pattern, skipping the ‘dots’ part, resulting in a biased garter stitch.
Also skipping the alternating colorways, ‘cause I expect this yarn will be color-changey enough by itself.
So yeah, just the one yarn and just a biased garter strip. The origami assembly will be the same as in the original pattern. I may or may not pick up stitches for a brim - depends on how much I have left over and how it fits without before I decide that part.
I’ll do another someday soon as written, ‘cause it’s really a cool pattern.

6/20/2013 I crocheted a hair scrunchy out of some of the leftover yarn, ya know, for the end of my braid :-)
