This pretty block was very fun to crochet! I look forward to making it again.

To get it to match the sizes of the blocks in my current sampler, I needed to deviate from the pattern to make it smaller-- but I’ve had to do that with most of my blocks, it seems, so it’s probably more to do with my first one or two blocks being small than with the rest of these patterns coming out too large.

Though not officially part of the CAL, this block is for my BAMMM Shazaam 2016 afghan-- a.k.a. Whispers of Spring Afghan.
