Cleaning out my stash I found some very fine leftovers.
I was looking for a pattern matching to the cardigan I made from this yarn. And invented my own.

During a very wet, cold and stormy period of the winter sometimes the sun gets through and gives some warmth and hope for the spring in the future.
These mitts I “unvented” exactly in this ever changing time. 10 minutes ago we had heavy snow, now the sun is back again. But more snow clouds still to come.

Finished with a crochet hook and 1 single crochet after every life stich. This streches out the cast off edge to fit nicely around my arm.

A little after thought crochet with a mohair/silk lace yarn (Drops) gives to whole piece a touch of elegance.
