This baby jacket was donated in pieces - i.e. not sewn up - fortunately there was some skeins of yarn with the jacket - so I made a little hat to go with it and found the diamond stitch in a Harmony book.

The front bands had been knitted but no buttonholes! So after I knitted on the neckband, I crocheted on the left hand side and did buttonhole loops instead.
