1/1/2012: Cast on, did the set-up rows, and got up to Row 8 on Chart 1. Could have gone further, but other projects demanded my attention (silly deadlines). Chose to do the (k1, yo) X 3, k1 for the infamous dec3, inc7 stitches, and I like the way the hole looks.

1/2/2012: Done with Chart 1 and the increase rows. Loving the way it looks :-)

1/3/2012: Done with Row 16 of Chart 2. I’m going to try and get as much done this week as I can before classes start. Hoping my needle tips get here soon.

1/4/2012: Done with Row 28 of Chart 2. Tips shipped today, hoping to get them by Saturday so I can have a day or two to work with them before classes start.

1/5/2012: Got distracted by everything, but got through Row 34 on Chart 2.

1/15/2012: Back to working on the shawl. Finished Row 44 on Chart 2.

1/16/2012: Chart 2 is done. Saving the increase rows for another day.

1/27/2012: Increases through row 61 done, stitch marker moved. Waiting on Chart 3 for now.

2/9/2012: Done with Row 2 of Chart 3.

5/2/2012: Finished Row 4 of Chart 3.

10/11/2012: Finished Row 8 of Chart 3.

10/12/2012: Finished Row 16 of Chart 3.

10/14/2012: Finished Row 22 of Chart 3.

10/15/2012: 3/4 of the way through Row 29 of Chart 3.
