Notes

OK, this yarn is hanging around from Woolapalooza 2012, and I’ve known what I want to do with it for some time. So, here I go!

Yes…it’s another DROPS pattern.

No…I can’t explain the obsession. It is what it is.

Notes:
First set of decreases at 2”, after 12 rounds.

Armholes are HUGE, one more so than the other…I am hoping the addition of sleeves will tighten them up a bit…

Top down, seamless, set-in sleeves - pick up 75-76 sts, work cap (starting with top-center 25 sts). Work 5-6 rounds before starting regular decreases, every 5/6 rounds, 10x.

The sleeves DO cinch up those armholes…yay!

I’ve officially bound off! (9/21/15) It is still big…I am thinking I will run it through the washer and dryer, then perhaps (if needed) I’ll tack a little elastic in at the center back…or maybe a drawstring? FYI, even though I did not swatch, the gauge of the sweater matches the gauge I should have gotten…hmmm. I suppose I should have chosen a smaller size. Live and learn, and ohhhhh DROPS!!!
