I may write this one up. It uses components of a couple of patterns (both free, and one totally mine), but I’ve made so many changes, that I think it’s mine now. :)

Size 8 needle for blanket part, size 6 for toy part.

I did not knit any “tabs” at the corners, but baby link toys can be placed through any of the holes to hold toys, binkie, etc.
