So, so chicken to dye the white one…but this is the same yarn as the flower girls sweater, so here we go again! Good thing I love the pattern…

In a sad, sad turn of events, something went horribly wrong with the Bella in Red, and she was laid to rest this evening. There will be no red shawl for the wedding, and the mother of the bride has been seen about town, mumbling under her breath and wondering how she thought this would get done in this busy, busy summer…ugh.

Please note, I still LOVE this pattern, and may knit it again someday. I will never again attempt to knit it in this cotton thread. Again, ugh. sigh!
