I looked at a couple of different patterns, but ultimately came up with my own numbers. I have 8 mini-skeins (20g each) of Destination Yarn, all in Ohio colorways, so I am knitting a colorblock scarf/cowl!

I started with a provisional cast on of 96, then I joined to knit in the round, and I am knitting by weight to see how many rows will comprise a block (15)! I am hoping to have 3 sets of 8 wide stripes, then I will Kitchener the last round to the first, and poof! Scarf/cowl magic!

6/1/17 - Casting on with MiraCLE, since tonight is the first of the playoff games…I think the Cavs can pull it off again!
6/8/17 - Cavs down 0-3. But I’ve started my second set of blocks!
6/20/17 - finished 3 sets of blocks, and I’ve decided to try and use up all the yarns! I am doing one final stripe with each color, knitting until it is gone, minus one row for kitchenering on the last color…gah! So close!!!
