The first Elsa is done. Time for an Anna! I am already using some different techniques, as I mentioned in my Elsa Notes, and I am loving Anna more and more with each stitch…so fun!
Only new major mod was the cloak…I worked rows 1_4, as written.
(K 1,k f&b) 7x; (k f&b, k1) 7x
Repeat row 4.
(K2, k f&b) across, ending k1
Repeat row 4.
(K3, k f&b) across, ending k1
Repeat row 4.
(K4, k f&b) across, ending k1
Repeat row 4.
Stockinette for 24 rows.
Dec one stitch at each side on right side rows twice. K1, p1 across, then bind off.
Because I did the cloak so differently than the pattern, I’ve taken back photos with and without it. I figured that this cloak was more for warmth, while Elsa’s cloak was for ceremony, so this one is far more substantial. I know, I’ve put just a tad too much thought into this, haven’t I?
Well, now that she’s done, I guess I can Let it go! Let it goooo… lol!
My photos are so much better for this doll than for Elsa…I should redo those, but I probably won’t. I’m just gonna let it goooo…
