Using leftover felici (leftover so I could match stripes, etc., on SEVEN PAIR of SOCKS!!!) to knit a sweet baby hat, using my fave pattern!

Not sure if baby is a boy or a girl, so the plan is to sew a red or green button onto the front of the hat, then knit a bow with a buttonhole center to button on if it’s a she! So very excited for this quick knit, and for the baby shower!!!

Plan worked! Packaged the gift hat with this poem:

I know there’s a bow,
Even though you don’t know
If Baby’s a “he” or a “she.”

You can keep the bow.
OR un-button it, so
The hat can be both, you see!
