I knit the size I would buy “off the rack,” and it seems right on! The top two pics, though not the best ever, show the fit, which is just what it should be, in my opinion anyway…lol

Mods: After reading notes from some of the other projects on this one, I have decided that I am not going to make the sleeves quite as big as the pattern calls for…72 or 76, instead of 80 stitches between markers…I will work out the lace changes when I get there.

7.14.10 - wondering if I will need more yarn…I am getting ready to bust out ball #6, and I don’t feel like I will make it to the shoulders without ball #7…I guess time will tell…

7.15.10 - have done the 3-needle bind off on the shoulders after knitting sleeves to 72 sts…one shoulder is one stitch off, and I think I will have to rip and re-do that bind off so the lace matches up…looking good so far, and I think I am currently much less stressed about my yarn amount…might just make it!

7.24.10 - Sleeves done…hope to finish hem and neck trim this weekend! Wear next week? Squeeee!

Cast on for my TV knitting (6.5.10) because I finished the last sweater! Yay! Decided on the size 48, even though I know the Cotton/Linen yarn will stretch…I am fluffy!

Yarn from Wool-Fest day, but not from Wool-Fest…love the Calla Lily shop…if you are close enough, stop in! They are terriffic!

OK, I finally rated the yarn…I really like it…nice drape, and softens during knitting…I am sure it will also soften when soaked!
