Extra yarn from the way-back stash, and a need for tiny hats…so here’s what I did:

Cast on 18, join in the round.
1x1 rib for 3 rounds.
Knit plain for 4 rounds.
k2tog around once.
Cut yarn and draw tail through loops to close top of hat, then pull tail to inside and fasten off/weave in.
