Vacation start! Pink socks…<3 Vanilla Latte is just spicy enough to be a fun distraction, and easy enough to drop at a moment’s notice when a granddaughter is ready to play. :) First sock started at their house, worked well past the heel as part of the “car knitting” on the 8 hour ride home, finished on my own sofa. Second sock knit mostly at home (and a little bit at work). And I love ‘em! Gonna make a coordinating (but much smaller) pair with my leftovers…

Cast on 64.
2x2 rib for 15 rounds, knit one round. Pattern 60 rounds.
Flap heel on 32 sts, first heel turn 3 sts past center.
Foot to 72 rounds, including gusset, then decrease toe to 10+10 and graft closed.
