I’ve made this shawl twice before (a long time ago) and didn’t remember that the edging has to be done separately and sewed on. I crocheted it on by doing a ch1, sl st into space on shawl, ch 1, sl st into space on edging. But the shawl and the edging don’t have the same number of spaces so I had to figure out how to space it to get it even. Such a pain! I’ll never make this shawl again! (This one was a special order.) And if I do, I definitely won’t do it in cotton! It weighs a ton! (Flat photo taken on a king size bed!)
