After much experimentation trying to figure out how to make this blanket with just 2 skeins of Sweet Roll, I finally started with a chain 80 with a J hook. I worked the first rows 1-14 then did 3 repeats of rows 3-14 and 1 repeat of rows 3-12. For the border, I slip stitched around then did (sc, ch1, skip 1) around. I ended up with a few yards left over, not enough to do anything with.

I have to say this yarn is a dream to work with. I started this blanket at least 3 different times through 10 rows and took it out every time til I got it right. And this yarn held up beautifully. It still looked brand new the final time I used it. It’s SO SOFT to work with and NO SPLITTING! I just wish the skeins were a little bigger. I did find one knot in one of the skeins that kind of threw off the yarn repeats.
