I posted pre-blocking photos so you can see the incredible difference of this shawl before and after blocking. It’s so puffy before blocking that you can’t believe it will ever flatten out, but it does!

I did 9 Flower Charts; 5 days to knit because of the specialty stitches (2 into 9 and 3 into 9) and the nupps on the border.

112 rows / 271 stitches.

1/6/13: R1-16 (Setup) and 3 reps of Flower Chart (24 rows); up to 129 sts.
1/7/13: 4 reps of Flower chart (32 rows); up to 225 sts.
1/8/13: 2 reps of Flower chart (16 rows); up to 273 sts.
1/9/13: I decided to stop after 9 Flower charts. Started the Border Chart with 7-st nupps. Got through rows14 on this; 271 sts.
1/10/13: Border Chart (last 2 rows); Edge Chart (8 rows); bound off. Total of 112 rows.
