Saw this afghan in a Facebook group (Crochet Addicted for life) made by Karen Hitte Higginbotham. She posted the pattern in her photos here. Pretty sure you probably have to be a member of the group to see it.

This is a very “squishy” blanket and very soft. You can see the raised shells in the last photo taken at an angle. It’s completely reversible, looks the same on both sides.
