This lovely shawl is knit from the bottom up. As usual, Tiziana provides impeccable notes at the beginning of the pattern to guide you through. Her “Legend of abbreviations and techniques” specifies how to do certain stitches in the pattern (like nupps) and are as clear as a bell. Of course, charts AND written instructions are included, as well as close-up photos of the different sections of the shawl to help make sure you’re on the right track. I just love this pattern with the flowers and the hearts!
