Purchased kit for these at NH Sheep & Wool.

Alright, as much as I liked these socks at the NH Sheep and Wool Festival I am not pleased with the pattern. First, there are no pictures of a completed sock, just a drawing on the front of the pattern. It would be REALLY helpful to see a finished product. Second, there are some pictures of individual parts of the sock (like each of the different cables) but they are dark and a little fuzzy which makes it really hard to make out the details. Third, I wish the pages of the pattern went in the order you needed them. I understand having charts and glossary in the back, but it was frustrating to have to keep flipping the pages back and forth on the ring they came on, everything kept getting mixed up (the pages are half sheets of paper, double sided with a hole punched in the top left corner and connected with a ring). Last, the pattern was super wordy and could have been trimmed down a bit.

I knitted the cable cuff overlay on one of them, but didn’t like how it came out so I ripped it out and just ended it with the 1x1 rib.
