I’m revisiting this pattern for another young lady, this one who actually likes pink. A few modifications that I’m thinking of experimenting with are: borders in different colors, eye holes in the hood portion (for playing masked superheroes), possibly also adding some arm holes.

Post making:
I did a lavender seed stitch border, knit during the construction of the cape (not picked up afterward), by twisting the lavender and pink yarns together when changing color.
