Made for the yarn hoars wintergreen swap. I didn’t have anything I felt was particularly fitting for my partner already in stash, so I dyed up some yarn just for this project. It’s a superwash merino/silk blend that blocked out super crisp.
I really enjoyed knitting this pattern- the entire thing is very easy to memorize and made great knitting group knitting. The knitted on border does take the majority of the knitting time and slightly less than half the yarn. I used about 800 yards and I’m a fairly tight knitter.
