Colors (top to border): Abyssinian, Cielo, Buru, Snowy.
Gauge with 5,5mm / US 9, 5/8 and 4/6 needles: 4st/inch… with 5,5 fabric is much too loose, with 5 it has a much better tension and stitch definition.

As for the color choice, I wanted something lighter and “happier” than the original colors. So I looked at other projects and immediately fell in love with two other examples: Msheart’s Nordic Goddess and Jennie Kate’s Nordic Wind Shawls. Great inspiration!

Through first section, easy and relaxing knit. I finally decided to use needle size 5. The fabric is wonderful, so soft because of the Alpaca content in the yarn. Love!

Finished! Easy knit, no modifications. The amount of yarn and pics will follow as soon as I have some time to shoot them. Love the colors too, I think, a sweater or cardigan would be wonderful!
