Started with the Wollmeiseholics Anonymous KAL (March 2013). Cast-on with 3 mm Knitter’s Pride Karbonz (love them) and Petit poison Nr. 5 light.
The m1 on the garter sts section I am making like I would cast-on for a button-hole and then knitting it through the back loop on the reverse-side.
Knit 189 sts before joining. I plan to decrease less than the pattern instructs, like JumperCables’ viajante. Knitting the stockinette with 3,5 mm KnitPro interchangable symphonies (which my chihuahua ate after cast off).
Changed color after joining: 2 rows of TutuLight and then switched and did some creative stripes…
Got totally bored and confused and simple bound-off when I forgot how I’d done my previous increases. But then I put it on and LOVED it so I guess I must make another one, in full-length later. But it turns out this is perfet to be worn under the coat as a cowl/shawl and looks great on top of any shirt. So all worked out in the end.
