Notes

What an adorable project! I love how these “cupcakes” turned out. I love Christmas so I decided to do a garland in Christmas yarns. The white “frosting” really makes the deep red “cherries” pop!

When I crocheted the “cherries” I left a long tail at both ends. One to stuff the cherry and one to use to slip stitch the cherry on to the cupcake top. Once attached the left over tail is brought to the back and looped around the ribbon twice and slipped tied. This way it is easy to position the “cupcakes” on the ribbon and remove them if necessary.

This garland would make a cute, easy and quick gift for any holiday or event (i.e., birthday, wedding, baby and graduation). I know I will be making more!

Added 3 more photos of my 2nd garland with the embellishments.
