29/8 All pieces finished. Blocking, sewing :-( and crocheting ahead!

12/9 I´m sooo reluctant and slow at finishing this. Today I grafted shoulder seams by Kitchener stitch according to a tutorial published in Knitter´s Bible (česky vyšlo pod názvem Bible pletení, obálka je naprosto stejná). Looks neat. :-) That was the easier part, more seaming is waiting for me and I have no idea how to manage that… :-( I always sew very intuitively, so the result is. Sometimes good, sometimes not all. I desperately need a good tutorial for sewing! Any tips, please?

13/9 Right sleeve and side seamed! Uf. Oh my God, I finished all the sewing! It´s done!!! Once I got into it, it wasn´t as terrible as I tought. Actually, I think I even enjoyed it. :-) Sorry for the blurry photo, I just wanted to show you my joy immediately! :-)

The whole thing is so soft and toasty, still light, I don´t wanna put it off. :-) I guess that all my effort paid its way. Now I only wonder if to add the crocheting edge or not…

11/10/2011 One year later. My mommy insists on crocheting… It´s done, but I omitted the last row (that one which should be crocheted with Kid-Silk), because I like it just as it is.
